About Us

Founder Jami McCray is a leadership development consultant, keynote speaker, and former senior HR executive who helps organizations turn good intentions into leadership that actually works. Her career spans healthcare, nonprofit, and real estate, giving her a grounded, real-world perspective on what leadership looks like when things are messy, high-stakes, and far from ideal.

Jami’s leadership journey includes leaving a comfortable HR Director role to operate a dialysis clinic, where operational crises, compliance deficiencies, and people challenges were part of daily life. She later managed leadership and workforce issues while overseeing a 91 property real estate portfolio, navigating everything from safety incidents to community dynamics. These experiences shaped her practical, people-centered approach to leadership: clear expectations, strong relationships, trust, and the courage to lead when things go sideways.

Through keynotes, workshops, and leadership academies, Jami supports new and developing supervisors as they build confidence, navigate conflict, give honest feedback, and shift from managing tasks to leading people. Her work is practical, people-centered, and free of buzzwords. Leaders leave with tools they can use right away and the confidence to keep learning as they grow.
